Registration Documentation

First, verify that you are living in the Tidwell Middle School attendance zone - Use the Transportation Website to check a bus route and the correct school placement.

The following documents are required for registration:

1. Proof of Residency – current utility bill (not phone bill), lease/mortgage documents. If you are building a home in the district but do not currently reside there, an APPLICATION OF ANTICIPATED RESIDENCY will need to be completed.

2. Shot Records

3. Birth Certificate or Passport

4. Driver’s license or State ID of the parent or legal guardian.  All guardianship paperwork must be presented at enrollment (divorce creeds, Power of Attorney, etc…)

5. Student Social Security Card

6. Withdrawal paperwork from your students previous school if enrolling during the school year.  If enrolling over the summer, please print a COURSE REQUEST FORM found on the Counselor's Corner homepage. Provide the name, address and contact phone number for the LAST school attended.  The latest copy of your student’s report card or schedule will help us to more accurately place your student in the appropriate classes.   

After enrolling, your students official records will be requested.

Once you have registered online, an email confirmation will be sent to you.   Next, you will come to the front office where we will copy your documents.   Then you will meet with a counselor to create your student's schedule.  After receiving a tour of the building, your student will be ready to get to class!

 The front office is available for new student registration each day between

8:30am and 4:30pm.  No appointment is needed.
